Oregon ultrasound doctors order

Need an Ultrasound but Don’t Have a Doctor’s Order?

If you don’t currently have a healthcare provider who can issue an ultrasound order, our partner can help you explore your options through a telehealth medical evaluation.

*An ultrasound order is provided only when determined medically appropriate by the evaluating healthcare provider.

How it works

A Simple Way to Get the Guidance You Need

Use the link below to connect with a licensed healthcare provider who can evaluate your symptoms and medical concerns.

02. Complete Your Medical Evaluation
The provider will independently determine whether an ultrasound is medically appropriate for you.

04. Schedule Your Ultrasound
Once you have your order, contact us to schedule your ultrasound appointment.

Before You Get Started

A telehealth visit is a medical evaluation, not a guarantee of an ultrasound order.

The healthcare provider makes all medical decisions independently and will determine whether an ultrasound is appropriate based on your symptoms and medical history.

Our ultrasound practice does not diagnose medical conditions or determine whether a patient needs an ultrasound. Ultrasound orders are issued independently by appropriately licensed healthcare providers when medically appropriate.
